Not to be confused with another parsley (Flat-Leaf), this leafy herb in small shrubs has been used for culinary applications for centuries. The leaves are typically reserved for garnish because of its very mild taste and bright appearance. Both the stems and the leaves can be chopped and added to soups, potato salads and coleslawas. Also Curly Parsley adds a fresh flavor to tomato sauces, salad dressings and herbed marinades for meats, fish or chicken.
