Here's our latest superfood (it's actually one of the most nutritious veggies second to Spinach)! Our Baby Yellow Swiss Chard has the same flavor profile of our Baby Red Swiss Chard - mildly-sweet and earthy. To consume, we recommend boiling to help reduce its concentration of oxalic acid. Slice leaves 1-inch wide and the stems 1/2-inch wide and boil for just 3 minutes. You can also sauté or them in your stews.
